#5: Be Practical

Tell yourself something you already believe is true. Use it as an initiative to keep morale high in the future!

Throw together some images of your wildest dreams. It can be anything from learning to drive to owning a mansion in Paris! Your vision board will push you to take action in becoming the person you've always wanted to be! Plus you'll be reminded of your aspirations (or just things that make you happy) 80 times a day!
